okay here it goes

i had a rough night last night,i was crying and everything,i was delusional,it seemed like forever,but i don't know,i talked to my counselor about it a little today.i read the bible finally last night and that had helped. i went to sleep after that.it was one big delusion,with alot of emotion and everthing else under the sun,but im going to make it,god is on my side.i take my pills late all the time and i was wondering if that has anything to do with it?im going to ask my doctor in 7 days.im also try to get back on schedule on my own,but i still want the doctor's opinion.im going to always take my medicine and do my coping skills.no doubt about that.well that's enough for now.
